Spark Joshi announces US Debut of SAKI at Ignite East 2023

SPARK Joshi Puroresu announces that the brand's inaugural show, Ignite East 2023, in Newark, NJ on June 11th will include the US debut of SAKI!

SAKI's journey into pro wrestling began in Japan as one of the few applicants to be accepted into "VoLume II", an idol wrestler project produced by All Japan Women's Pro Wrestling (AJW) legend, Takako Inoue. She made her in-ring debut at the end of the following year in a tag team match, teaming up with fellow trainee and present-day TJPW Princess of Princess champion, MIZUKI, against Shinobu Kandori and Takako Inoue herself.

She has since gone on to hold titles in multiple Japanese promotions including Ice Ribbon, Pro Wrestling WAVE, Actwres girl'Z, Gatoh Move, and Pure-J. In 2022, she also became the leader of joshi puroresu stable "Girl Prowrestling Unit COLOR'S" (or "GPU COLOR'S") and participated in Stardom's 5★Star Grand Prix tournament.

See SAKI in the United States for the first time live at SPARK Joshi's "Ignite East" event at the Heart Ballroom on June 11th. Tickets go on sale May 1st.
